This allows us to establish a dedicated team on a smaller scale so you can measure our Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and quality firsthand before committing to a full-scale rollout. Additionally, we currently offer seasonal discounted pricing that can be applied to your pilot or initial contract phase to further optimize your BPO ROI.

Our agents pricing starts at $8 an hour. We have an array of options that we include a la carte. Each of our clients get our full customization benefit, therefore all pricing will be discussed in consultation.
